Online SMART Recovery Family & Friends Support Group
A support group for Family and Friends which meets on Mondays from 5-6pm.
Do you have a loved one struggling with alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behaviors such as self-harm, gambling, or sex addiction? Join the FREE SMART Recovery Family & Friends Group to develop skills to help you cope and help your loved one choose recovery.
SMART Family & Friends groups give you the skills to:
-Cope with a loved one who is struggling
-Get your loved one connected to help
During the coronavirus epidemic, instead of in-person meetings, you can participate in online SMART Recovery groups run by facilitators right here in CT.
