YACTT provides clinical and intensive case management services and outreach services to persons age 18-25 with behavioral health and/or substance abuse problems, and who need more support than traditional outpatient care and case management can provide. The program provides clinical, medical, life management and socialization services to help individuals acquire the skills necessary to successfully participate in community living while achieving optimal quality of life.
