Independent living program which is staffed 24 hours a day/7 and serves young adults aged 18 to 24 who are transitioning from services provided by DCF to those of DMHAS. Staff help youth develop independent living, educational, and vocational skills. Clients also receive a variety of clinical services via the Young Adult Assertive Community Treatment Team (YAACTT) such as individual or group therapy, medication management, nursing/medical, etc.
