You will learn tools to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, will get support to make changes in your life, and will make new friends over pizza!
SMART is based on a 4-point program teaching you tools and techniques based on CBT that will help you with: Building and Maintaining Motivation; Coping with Urges; Managing Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors; Living a Balanced Life.
