WALC’s mission is to foster social development and community spirit with age appropriate activities for Wolcott youth specifically in the 11-18 year old age group. We are joined together with a common goal of changing the culture and mind set of the “drug” problem in our community by offering education, awareness, support and drug and alcohol-free events in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.
