Connect with other young adults, discuss every day life challenges, and participate in thought-provoking activities! Our East Lyme group meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday 6-7:30PM and you are always welcome! Don’t live near enough? Click here for other groups that may be near you.
NAMI Young Adult Connection groups were developed by young adults for young adults and are run by young people who have been trained in the NAMI Connecticut Young Adult Connection support group model. The groups are designed to help young adults stay positive, healthy and reach their goals through peer support and community sharing. You can drop in and talk about what’s on your mind and meet other young adults who have or are going through many of the same experiences you are.

Sunny Dae’s is a place to buy ice cream. Once purchasing ice cream inside with a mask, friends can sit outside at tables. This is a very covid friendly hang out idea for teens, since there is outdoor seating!
