As we head into a new school semester and things start getting busy again, I wanted to share some common stress management techniques in hopes they make you think about what helps you feel more at ease. For me, managing stress looks like listening to music or watching Gilmore Girls (my comfort show), working out or going for walks, and making sure I get enough sleep at night. For you, it could be any of these or something I didn’t even mention. The point is that these techniques should work for you, no matter how mainstream or niche they may be.
