Here are some of our favorite resources, all designed to uplift and empower individuals like you:

  1. Rocking Recovery – CT Resource Links
    A treasure trove of peer recovery resources, from training programs to community connections. This nonprofit is all about providing support, resources, and a sense of belonging.
  2. Splash Project
    Want to turn your passion into action? This community-driven group uses creativity and activism to spark hope and mental wellness. Perfect if you’re ready to make a difference in your community.
  3. Toivo Center
    Peer-led wellness programs that focus on connection and recovery. Their support groups are a reminder that healing isn’t something you do alone.
  4. Join Rise Be
    A peer-run initiative dedicated to making recovery accessible to all young people in Connecticut. They host a yearly young adult summit and offer a statewide young adult warmline open from 12 PM–9 PM.
  5. Streetsmart Ventures
    Recovery can look like building and thriving. This organization supports entrepreneurial and community-based initiatives, so you can turn your dreams into reality.
  6. The Gloria House – New Life II
    A safe haven for recovery, offering housing and support for young adults rebuilding their lives. A testament to second chances and fresh starts.
  7. CCAR – Events and Training
    Workshops, training, and events led by peers, for peers. Because growth never stops, and neither should your learning!
  8. New Life II
    More than just a recovery program, it’s a community of hope. They offer housing, support, and resources to help you take the next step. In partnership with The Gloria House, they also host a drop-in community center open 9 AM–4 PM.
  9. NAMI Connecticut
    A local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, providing support groups, education, and advocacy. Because your voice matters.
  10. Positive Directions
    Free peer support offered through our parent company! Their support groups are led by trained facilitators who understand what you’re going through.
  11. Advocacy Unlimited
    Ready to stand up for yourself and others? Advocacy Unlimited offers empowerment to young adults in recovery through advocacy, education, and peer-led programs.
