Hi everyone
We all do things we are not proud of here and there but forgive yourself and don’t beat yourself up over it. It is import to love yourself every day no matter what. So with that being said, What do you do to reward yourself when you do something good? It could be eating your favorite meal, buying a cup of coffee or going out and doing something fun. I like to keep it simple like making my favorite meal or buying a drink (non alcoholic) or snack I love.
