Goal Setting

Have you ever done goal setting? i find it is a powerful way for me to get clear about what I want for myself. For example, my current goal is to exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. Having it written down, I try to visualize me actually exercising, and what i want to look like after I exercise for 6 months.

I often hear from other young people that they do not know what they want. i totally get the feeling. I wanted to share a cool article that can help anyone with goal setting.
