Crisis Line

• Offers support to callers experiencing thoughts of suicide, self-harm, harming others, or are feeling unsafe.
• 24/7 Trained counselors that serve in immediate risk/emergency situations.
• Assists with implementing coping skills and can help defermine safety.

Warmline

• Provide support to those who may be experiencing distress or loneliness or need to vent/chat.
• Trained Peer Support Specialists who have lived experience; open hours are variable.
• Trained to recommend relevant and timely resources to callers.
