SMART Recovery Group

Struggling with substance misuse, addictive behaviors, or mental health? In our free SMART Recovery support group, a trained peer facilitator will guide you in using evidence-based tools to learn skills:

• Build and maintain your motivation to change
• Learn to cope with urges
• Manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
• Live a balanced life

The group will meet weekly on Tuesdays starting June 3rd, 2025. You can join at any time! Please RSVP to receive the Zoom link. When you RSVP, you will be providing us with your email so we can let you know if there are ever any changes to the schedule.

SMART Recovery Family and Friends

Do you have a loved one struggling with unhealthy or addictive behaviors? SMART Family & Friends is a FREE support group where you can learn proven ways to cope while effectively helping your loved one. Positive Directions is relaunching our free SMART groups online–join us weekly!

With SMART Family and Friends, you will be provided with the tools you need to effectively support your loved one without supporting an unhealthy or addictive behavior. You will:

• Develop skills to help you cope
• Get support from others
• Learn effective communication skills
• Restore balance in your own life
