We offer peer-based recovery coaching for substance use. We focus on lived experience related to substance use disorder, dual diagnosis, and young adults in recovery. We generally talk about developing internal motivation, holistic goal setting, and embracing the multiple pathways to recovery.
Location
In-person at our office in Norwalk, CT, in home or in the communty throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties, and virtually.
Hours
Our coaches are collectively available 7 days a week, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
Cost
A range of $2,000-2,500 monthly.

Cam Piasecki
My name is Cam Piasecki (he/him), and I’m a grateful recovering addict and alcoholic, the founder of New Foundations Recovery (NFR), and a huge believer in creating accessible recovery services. I am an Accredited Recovery Coach Professional (RCP), Certified Recovery Peer Advocate – Provisional (CRPA-P), and licensed attorney.
I started NFR as a way to give back to the recovery community after everything it gave to me. It’s what keeps me grounded and focused; above all else, it’s what keeps me resilient. It has given me everything I have today, including an incredible wife and partner who was there for me during the worst of my addiction, and now an amazing son.
