SMART Recovery Family & Friends Group (Westport)
During the coronavirus epidemic, instead of in-person meetings, you can participate in online SMART Recovery groups run by facilitators right here in CT. SMART Recovery Family & Friends helps those who are affected by the substance misuse, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, or other addictions of a loved one.
SMART Recovery Family & Friends is a science-based, secular alternative to Al-Anon and Johnson Intervention. Their method is based on the tools of SMART Recovery and CRAFT (Community Reinforcement Approach & Family Training).
