Breaking The Cycle is a free mountain biking program that takes teenagers in recovery from alcohol and substance addiction on mountain bike rides in the greater Hartford area. All bikes helmets gear and lunch are provided. All Ride Leaders have their own long-term recovery and are eager to share their experience.
